Still if you find any defects in our products, or if the wrong product with different size or specification mentioned on the respective product page is delivered to the end customers, you can always get in touch with us within 2 days of product delivery date. We will take necessary actions and will arrange replacement or refund for you!
Please note that:
- Kindly read the product specification carefully. Kindly check size, color and type of materials carefully. Return and refund is not accepted if customers just want to exchange product because they have changed their minds after receiving the product.
- Return is not accepted if customers don’t like color or type of the material. We always suggest that customer should read the product description carefully before ordering anything.
- There can be minor color difference between actual product and their photos on this website. This is due to limitation of screen resolution and photographic conditions. Kindly don’t request refund in such case.
- In case of washable items like clothes, return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn. Garments must be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains due to this.
- Kindly put order of the correct sized clothes. Return is not accepted if customer later change their minds and ask for the product of different sizes.
- In case your return and refund is accepted by us, exchange can be processed only once per item or product.
- You should raise return and refund requests within 2 days of product delivery date. Once approved by us, your parcel should reach us within 7 days of time.
- If your order is eligible for refund and refund is approved by 3sista, refund will be issued only in the form of a coupon which can be used for your next purchase on 3sista.
For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy mentioned above. Please note that replacement or refund is not applicable for all products. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy.
Please make sure you return complete, correct, unused and undamaged product with all the accessories you received with the product package. Please keep the product ready with original packaging. The field executive will refuse to accept the returns if any of these conditions are not met.
We suggest you to follow the following healthy habits for online shopping.
- Always make video of parcel opening to get your claim being processed fast. You may need to provide the same at the time of claiming return or replacement.
- Never accept the opened parcel from the delivery personnel. In this situation, don’t sign delivery booklet and contact us immediately.
- For products where installation is provided by our service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Our authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
